Posizione

The Customer Service Sales Area Manager is part of the Customer Service department which in E80 Group which in the E80 Group is responsible for ensuring the efficient maintenance of the customer plants over the time. The mission of the Customer Service Sales Area Manager is to ensure the achievement of post-sales objectives and the maximization of customer satisfaction for the area assigned to him.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop business strategies to build customer loyalty and increase post sales revenue
  • Oversee the territory and active customers by creating and maintaining effective business relationships
  • Analyse customer needs providing them the most suitable solution
  • Share the needs collected from the customer with the Sales Engineering department for the formulation of the optimal solution
  • Monitor, together with the Customer Service structure, the compliance with the conditions agreed upon during the services sale
  • Monitor the customer satisfaction and proactively report to the structure any critical issues or opportunities

Requisiti

  • Diploma or Degree in technical or economic field
  • Knowledge of automation sector and the target market
  • Availability to travel or stay in the area of competence
  • Strong negotiating and communication skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good at English written and spoken
  • Good knowledge of the language of the area of competence
  • Good analytical skills
